Nineteen years after teaching a young dancer named Brianna Underwood, Heather is thrilled to reunite with her once again. Now as owner alongside Brianna, the studio’s founder, to open their new dance home in Fort Worth, Texas this June 2026.

Heather is a Texas-certified dance educator with a BFA in Exercise Sports Science and Dance, a CFT-II Personal Training certification, and Allegro Pilates certification. A former Radio City Rockette, she has performed in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in NYC and Las Vegas, headlined a Cirque du Soleil hand-to-hand balancing act in the Vegas Rockette show, and starred in Tournament of Kings at the Excalibur. Her credits include the Today Show, the 102 Dalmatians premiere at Radio City Music Hall, Diamond Rio’s Unbelievable music video, and motion capture work for Tiberian Sun, Renegade, and Dune.

Her stats speak for themselves: Ms. Fitness Las Vegas, Ms. Fitness West Coast, 6th Ms. Fitness USA, and 12th Ms. Fitness World. As a choreographer for Celebrity Cruises, she earned two Gold Magellan Awards for Silhouette and Reflection. She’s been featured in Oxygen, Ms. Fitness, and Dance magazines, and has earned countless overall choreography awards for studios and productions nationwide.

Most importantly, her students shine. They’ve earned scholarships to Loyola Marymount, Go Pro (Top), the Tremaine Apprentice & Company Program, Ash Dance Company and appeared on So You Think You Can Dance and America’s Got Talent, as well as internships at Broadway Dance Center in NYC.

Heather currently owns Body Lab in Austin, where she trains dancers in Technique, College, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Musical Theater, Acro, Aerial and Statue. She is excited to build something new with Brianna in Fort Worth and excited to see this collaboration take off.
